I was unsure of what I needed to order for my boat. I called Omega to discuss. I sent photos via Text Message of my boat and trailer. I got a call back very quickly. I ordered the Boat Step and it was delivered promptly. I am a big guy and this is a very heavy-duty product. I mounted it by myself and skinned my knuckle a bit but wasn't to hard to mount. Excellent product.
