I can't say enough about the service, quality of product and the excellent communication with Jacob. Owning a boat requires using many services and without question Omega exceeded my expectations. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure I had the specific parts needed for the steps to fit my boat. These steps will provide a needed layer of safety and ease launching and trailering my boat. Tried “universal” boat steps off Amazon that were not close to fitting my Lund. Jacob at Omega asked for measurements for my Lund Impact 1875, and the steps fit perfectly!

Their service has been excellent. They worked with me over the phone so as to get the right steps. I am 71 years old and I needed a safer way to get in and out of my boat. Have not mounted the steps as of now because my boat is in the shop getting serviced. Inspecting the product right out of the box I can tell you they did a fantastic job. From the welds and the powder coating. Looks sturdy, built to last. All of the mounting hardware was included. Cannot wait to mount it on my trailer.
