The steps were easy to install with perfect fit for my model boat. The purchase process worked good and they called to confirm details on my boat. Very solid steps and looks really good.

I realized after installing that I didn't need the 3 extra steps. I wonder now if I could have saved money getting just the 4 step ladder and hardware to install.

Omega Steps (Jacob) was outstanding to work with not to mention American Made in USA. They stand behind their product and tell you upfront they will do whatever it takes to ensure your happy and that their product fits your trailer. I needed to move steps out 2” and they sent me no charge what I needed. Thanks for great Customer Service and the Bass boat kit is priced better than competitors.

I have owned a Trick Step on my 21PHX Phoenix for several years. It is a great product. A friend of mine who is partially handicapped, bought an Omega four step ladder for his boat. When I saw it, I like the four steps vs three, the build quality, and the ability to put two feet on one step. I ordered mine & absolutely love it. The step system is built like a tank & easy to board & disembark boat. The orange steps go with my boat beautifully. I bought the special which also included the trailer tongue steps & side step. Once again, I love having the trailer tongue steps to cross over when coming down from or getting on the ladder. My only regret is the trailer side step. I am 5’11” and just turned 70 years old. After installed, the step is mid to upper thigh height, and for me, is unusable without a ladder to get up on it. I might as well just use the ladder if I need it to get up on this step. On a positive note, I will say the build quality of the step is excellent. As far as the other parts of this kit I would give it ten stars if I could but my only option was to give it Five stars !

The steps are awesome. Very sturdy and easy to install. Highly recommended!
